FRICASSE






Ingredients:
300gr Chicken Fillet ( cut small pieces)
1 Big Onion ( cut in thin slices )
1 Bouillon poulet ( chicken Broth cubes)
3tbsp Flour
50gr Butter
1 canned of mushroom
Creamfraiche/ half & half
Salt & Pepper
Pressure cooker


Direction :

On the pressure cooker, Fried the chicken..add Onion wait till Onion a bit cooked, add flour, Bouillon poulet, Mushroom & cream fraiche, salt & pepper .. closed the presure cooker fr 12 minutes.

Ready to serve..

tips.. would be perfect with warm plain rice.
